Parmesan Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 ounce) jar Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 (14 ounce) can Chicken Broth
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice (your choice of rice)
  • 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 lb. thawed chicken
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. In baking dish, mix together alfredo, broth, rice, tomatoes & pepper. Top with chicken.
3. Cover with foil- bake 45 min.
4. Remove foil, sprinkle with cheese, bake additional 10 min.
