Baked Artichoke Dip

"This recipe was inspired by a recipe I found online. I felt the recipe had to much mayo & many artichoke recipes I've had tried in the past seemed too runny to me. I decided to tweak the recipe a bit & came up with the yummiest recipe ever"

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Cup Cream Cheese(4 oz)
  • 3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 (15 oz ounce) cans marinated artichoke hearts, drained & diced
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the mayonnaise, cream cheese, Parmesan, artichoke, mozzarella, 1/2 teas. of paprika and garlic powder. Transfer the mixture to an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  3. Bake 30 minutes, or until the surface is lightly browned and bubbly.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika and serve warm.

Suggestion: Add a can of diced jalapenos to give the recipe a little kick!
