"This recipe was inspired by a recipe I found online. I felt the recipe had to much mayo & many artichoke recipes I've had tried in the past seemed too runny to me. I decided to tweak the recipe a bit & came up with the yummiest recipe ever"
Ingredients:- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Cream Cheese(4 oz)
- 3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 (15 oz ounce) cans marinated artichoke hearts, drained & diced
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the mayonnaise, cream cheese, Parmesan, artichoke, mozzarella, 1/2 teas. of paprika and garlic powder. Transfer the mixture to an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- Bake 30 minutes, or until the surface is lightly browned and bubbly.
- Sprinkle with paprika and serve warm.
Suggestion: Add a can of diced jalapenos to give the recipe a little kick!
