Rosemary Ranch Red Potatoes

"This was a recipe I quickly made up w/ spices I had on hand. The results were too yummy not to share"

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds of red potatoes (quartered)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 package of Hidden Valley Ranch Mix (I used Spicy!)
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of dry rosemary (crushed)

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the potatoes, ranch, olive oil, garlic, garlic salt, and rosemary. Toss to coat. Place on a foil lined 15" x 10" x 1" baking pan.
  2. Baked at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and brown.
