Ingredients:
- 6 cups of diced red potatoes (with skins) or 6 cups of russet potatoes (pealed)
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons of fresh garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt (or less to taste)
- 1 teaspoon pepper (or less to taste)
- Add diced potatoes into a large pot of boiling water
- Boil for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender
- Drain potatoes and return to pot (make sure all the water is drained). Add butter, cream cheese, milk, garlic, salt & pepper. Mash everything together or to make them really creamy use a hand mixer.
