Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups of diced red potatoes (with skins) or 6 cups of russet potatoes (pealed)
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons of fresh garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt (or less to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon pepper (or less to taste)
Directions:
  1. Add diced potatoes into a large pot of boiling water
  2. Boil for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender
  3. Drain potatoes and return to pot (make sure all the water is drained). Add butter, cream cheese, milk, garlic, salt & pepper. Mash everything together or to make them really creamy use a hand mixer.
