Ingrediants:
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2-3 teaspoons Garlic (to taste)
- 1 can of tomato sauce (15 oz)
- 1 container of Ricotta Cheese (15 oz)
- 1 tablespoon of oregano
- 1/2 tablespoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Heat oil in medium skillet over low heat. Stir in garlic. Saute for 1 minute
- Add tomato sauce, oregano, basil & onion power. Stir well and simmer on low for 5-10 minutes.
- Stir in ricotta cheese until melted and blended well (about 1 minute).
- Add Salt & pepper to taste
- Toss with hot pasta
