Ricotta Cheese & Tomato Pasta Sauce

Ingrediants:
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2-3 teaspoons Garlic (to taste)
  • 1 can of tomato sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 container of Ricotta Cheese (15 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • 1/2 tablespoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
  1. Heat oil in medium skillet over low heat. Stir in garlic. Saute for 1 minute
  2. Add tomato sauce, oregano, basil & onion power. Stir well and simmer on low for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Stir in ricotta cheese until melted and blended well (about 1 minute).
  4. Add Salt & pepper to taste
  5. Toss with hot pasta
