Crock Pot Troubles...

I ran into a little bit of a issue last night with the "Slow Cooker Mexican Chicken soup". On my way home from work I called the husband to have him start cooking the rice that goes with the soup and he brought to my attention that the crock pot was never turned on and the soup was cold. Such a bummer after looking forward to it all day. I guess that's what I get for giving myself 5 minutes in the morning to put everything together. This is the second time I've done this in a few months. Such a disappointment. I really need to start putting everything together the night before so all I have to do in the morning is switch it to "ON". Better luck next time.... xoxo PLC
