"Great for Pitas, Sandwiches, and dipping!"
Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup cucumber, peeled & finely diced
- 3 tablespoons of green onions, finely diced
- 1 teaspoon of fresh minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Stir together yogurt, sour cream, vinegar, lemon juice, green onion, cucumber, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Cover and chill for 1 hour. (For best results: Chill overnight so the flavors blend more)
