*Makes enough sauce for 2 medium/large pizzas
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon dried ground oregano
- 1/2 tablespoon of dried basil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon of red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of Olive Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
- In a medium bowl, Mix together tomato sauce and tomato paste until smooth. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Let sit for 10-15 minutes so the flavors can blend.
