Ingredients
- 12 corn tortillas
- vegetable oil
- salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Brush each side of tortilla with oil. Cut tortillas into 8 chip sized wedges, and arrange the wedges in a single layer on a foil lined cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle with salt
- Bake for about 8-10 minutes until brown and crisp. (Be sure to keep a eye on them the last 2 minutes. They can easily burn if in the oven a minute too long)
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with more salt to taste.
TIP: For extra flavor: spray or brush with lime juice and paprika.
